Booking Your Initial Consultation

  1. Book your consultation:

  1. Complete forms:

    • You’ll be sent your pre-consultation forms before your consultation. Please fill out these forms as best you can, as they help me optimally prepare for your consultation.

Getting Ready For Your Consultation

  1. Don’t stress:

    • Just relax and be yourself. This consultation is about you, your goals, and how I can help you.

  1. Be ready on time:

    • Please be ready at the scheduled time of your consultation. I will call you via WhatsApp audio to start the consultation.

  1. Think about your goals and concerns:

    • Reflect on your main concerns, goals, and any specific questions you have so we can address them during the consultation.

  1. Prepare any necessary documents:

    • Bring any relevant medical documents, scans, or reports you think might be helpful for the session.

  1. Wear comfortable clothing:

    • Wear clothes that allow you to move freely and provide easy access to the area of your body we’ll be discussing.

  1. Set up your space:

    • Choose a quiet, well-lit area with enough room to move around during the session. Make sure it’s free from distractions.

    • Position your phone or device so I can see you clearly when standing, sitting, and lying down). A stable setup is best, so consider using a stand or tripod if you have one.

  1. Use WhatsApp on your preferred device:

    • You can use WhatsApp on either your phone or laptop for consultations, depending on what’s most convenient for you. Ensure the app is installed and up to date on your chosen device. Ensure your device is fully charged and has a stable internet connection.

  1. Consider using headphones:

    • Although not essential, I recommend using quality headphones during the consultation to improve audio quality and minimise background noise. This can help make communication clearer.

  1. Do a practice call:

    • Before your consultation, consider doing a quick practice call with a friend or family member to ensure your device, internet connection, and headphones are all working properly.
