ONLINE PHYSIO CONSULTATIONS

Cancellation and Rescheduling

– You may cancel or reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment using the confirmation email you received.

– If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your consultation, you will be charged the full session fee.

– If you do not attend your scheduled consultation, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full session fee.

– No refunds are provided for consultations.

NDIS Clients

– For NDIS participants, cancellations or rescheduling within seven days of your consultation, as well as no-shows, will be billed at the full session fee to your NDIS plan.

– This follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

ONLINE PHYSIO CONSULTATION TERMS AND CONSENT

Description of Services

– Online physio consultations include assessment, diagnosis, education, exercise prescription, and treatment planning.

– Sessions are delivered securely via Cliniko using encrypted video.

Risks and Limitations

– Online sessions do not allow for hands-on assessment or treatment.

– Technical issues may occur during a session. If so, we will do our best to resolve the issue or reschedule at no extra cost.

– While Cliniko uses strong encryption, no digital platform is 100% secure.

Technology Requirements

– You are responsible for a stable internet connection, adequate lighting, and a quiet, private space.

– Any required equipment (e.g. resistance bands, dumbbells) should be ready before the session.

Consent to Participate

– By booking an online physio consultation, you consent to receiving services in this format and understand its limitations.

– You may withdraw consent at any time.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

– Your information is protected under Australian privacy laws (Privacy Act 1988).

– I use Cliniko to manage bookings, clinical notes, and billing securely.

– Information shared in consultations is confidential and will only be disclosed with your consent or if required by law.

DATA STORAGE AND CONSENT

– By using my services, you consent to the collection and secure storage of your personal and medical data for treatment and admin purposes.

– All data is encrypted and stored using secure, compliant systems.

– If you have concerns about data privacy, please contact me directly.

PAYMENT TERMS

– Payment is required at the time of booking.

– NDIS-funded clients must provide their NDIS number and funding details before their first consultation.

LIMITATIONS OF ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

– Online consultations are effective for most gym-related rehab needs.

– In some cases, I may recommend an in-person review.

– If technical issues disrupt your session, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

– Use a quiet, private, and well-lit space for your session.

– Have any relevant equipment ready.

– Provide honest and current medical information.

– Be ready at your scheduled time.

AGREEMENT

– By booking and attending a consultation, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

ONLINE COACHING AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

Communication

– Ongoing coaching support is provided via WhatsApp.

– This includes check-ins, progress updates, and messaging between sessions.

– All communication is kept confidential.

Training Platform

– Your training program is run through the PT Distinction app.

Payment and Access

– Payment begins on the day of sign-up.

– You’ll gain access to the training app, your program, and learning resources.

– Your subscription is billed monthly until you cancel.

– You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Program

– Your training program will automatically restart after completion.

– All progress is saved in the app so you can continue building from where you left off.

Cancellations

– You can cancel at any time by emailing michael@trainaroundpain.com.au

– Example: If your subscription renews on the 1st and you cancel on the 3rd, access continues until the 1st of the next month.

– Please cancel before your next billing date, as no refunds are provided once payment is processed.

Refunds

– Strictly no refunds.

– When you sign up, you receive a package of non-returnable services: your program, app access, coaching support, and resources.

Pausing Your Program

– To pause, simply cancel your subscription. You can restart at any time — your data and progress will be saved in the app.
